Our technician Anthony was very professional, he arrived ontime and immediately assessed my situation as a safety issue. He made recommendations and options to ensure my three garage doors will operate smoothly and are no longer a danger to me and my family. I am finally able to remove "the widow maker" that I've been using to hold up one of the doors :). He is a great representation of your company and as a person that sells Real Estate, I would be recommending Precision as a company that shows up ontime, does quality work at a fair price. I called Precision Door Service at 4 pm on November 2020 and by 5 pm Dustin Yvon was at my house ready to work. He exceeded my expectations. He called me prior to his arrival. Once here, he went over the various options that we had to replace our garage door opener that my why had wanted done for months. His work was impeccable. I came in and out of the garage to see if he wanted a drink. While outside we talked about the garage and the upcoming Eagles Monday night football game against the Seahawks. What I noticed while I was out there was his pride in his workmanship. I would highly recommend him to anyone that was getting a new garage door opener. He is knowledgeable and honest and has a great personality. Precision is very lucky to have him as an employee. The next day my wife tried to set up our smart phones to the door opener. We had issues due to our router. I went in on Precision’s live chat at 7:30 am and by 9:30 in the morning the owner of the company, Anthony Castiglione personally called me back to come up with a resolution. This will be the only company that I will ever deal with regarding garage door openers and I would recommend anyone else looking for the best experience in this line of business to call them. They are honest, fair and will show up when they say they will. Thanks again for your superb service.
