Precision Door came Saturday to repair two garage doors. The works was long and time consuming but our technician John was great. Worked quietly and efficiently. Programmed everything including my car remote so I wouldn’t have to later. Highly recommend

I found garage door repair companies online. Precision Door was simply the first, so I called them. It was late afternoon. Arrangements were, much to my surprise, made for that same afternoon. I almost immediately received an email confirmation and a service rep, Justin, called within 15-20 minutes to say he was in the area. He arrived soon thereafter, told me exactly what was needed, itemized the charges (to which I agreed), and did the work within the hour. It was a simple and very satisfactory experience and I applaud Justin for his professionalism and knowledge. I would call this company again.
