This was the only company that answered my call the same day I called. I left messages for 2 other companies & only 1 called me back and Precision was already at my house working when they did. My garage door was fixed the same day the tech came out. I was unpleasantly surprised at the cost and the tech explained it all to me and was really good natured about my complaints about the cost. Turns out it was less than what my neighbor paid for the same service by a competitor. WIN WIN for me and I will call Precision now every time I need garage door service.

Both the estimator and the installer were very professional. Quote was reasonably priced and didnt try to upsell me minute options. The installer was polite and finished the job in a timely manner. He even noticed a blemish on the door and notified the office to get me taken care of, talk about an honest company. Very hard to find these days. The person who represented your company was on time, courteous, and explained the situation to me well. I was comfortable with him. He gave me a temporary repair to my problem as I requested. From what I understood, he was going to email me a receipt and let me know the cost to do the complete repair. I have not received those two items.

The technician called to let me know his estimated time of arrival. He was courteous, skilled, and quick to replace the outdoor entry pad. He asked if I had been given a price ahead of time, and I said yes. The given price matched the technician's price. Unrelated to this entry pad replacement, sometime back we had Precision replace our garage door with an insulated door. Our car has a outside temperature gauge. When in the garage it often shows temperatures in the 50's. Upon driving down the road 1/2 - 1 mile it will show in the 30's, and obvious profitable choice. My wife and I have found Precision to be very skilled, and explaining what needs to be done, they match or better other garage door companies prices, and usually can make appointments quicker than other companies. When calling Precision, the waiting time on the phone is 1 minute or less.

Precision had done my last problem with my garage door in March of 2018 to the tune of $365.00 and so I called again and was not disappointed with Stan who called ahead to give me a headsup on when he would arrive and was very informative on what the problem was ie motor was old and said he could either repair it or replace it and I chose to replace it to get some service that was in it before spending $800.00 plus on a new unit Also your scheduler was able to get me a quick weekend appointment to meet my scheduling needs which I greatly appreciated Harriette GARD
