We called Precision after a Google search because their online presence was professional and they promoted a discount. The female we spoke to was friendly and able to schedule someone the next business day which was a day after a holiday. The Tech was courteous, knowledgeable and, completed the repair in less than an hour. Price seemed reasonable. We will call them back if we have future issues.

2:00 appointment stretched out to 4:30 work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. One question I have, a service call charge if $49.00. I have most service charges waived by other vendors if I have the work done, which I did. My rollers did nit need replacement, they are not metal, they are the nylon roller.

We recently engaged the services of Precision to repair our garage door. One of the main springs broke on a Friday evening blocking our ability to access and use the garage (big problem). After doing a little on-line research I was able to locate Precision Garage Door Service and called their 24/7 phone number first thing Saturday morning. They were very professional and responded immediately to my request for repair service help. Within several hours they had a service technician (Joe Igla) at our house. Joe, also was very professional and able to quickly evaluate the repair situation and prepare a detailed quote including several repair options. It took Joe less than two hours from the time I chose my repair option to complete the repair. Joe was very pleasant to work with, answering all of our questions and concerns. Overall this was a very pleasant five star experience.

Hunter showed up within 3 hours of my call for repair service and was fabulous. Within minutes he provided me a price with a couple options and then provided the necessary repair work. Although the door was slightly out of line and didn't open and close as smoothly as I liked, he returned the following day with Brad and they fixed it perfectly. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door again.

Nick arrived on time, with a phone call to say he was on the way and another to say he was outside the garage. He was extremely thorough in his annual checkup and suggested replacing the old metal rollers with new nylon rollers that would be more durable and keep the garage door working better for a long time. He did a great job and explained everything very clearly. He was also a very nice person and we enjoyed his visit. I wish I could meet Q-Tip too.
