Precision responded to my call promptly and sent Ted to address my issue with my garage door within 2 hours of my call. Ted checked out both doors and repaired the broken bracket on one of the doors. He also lubricated the various points on both doors and readjusted the limits of travel on the broken door. All was completed in less than an hour. We are very happy and satisfied with the work

Brandon, with the help of Scott, did overalls of 5 garage doors that were about 12 yrs old. Some have started having some binding problems and trouble opening/closing smoothly. Brandon came out within his time window and started evaluating the doors. He was pleasant, and efficient, and informed me of what he was seeing. He looked at different approaches and their costs beforehand, and I okayed the work. When he came back a few days later to finish the other door, I asked him if he could do the remaining doors. After a whew, that's a lot of work, he called in for help from Scott, and the two of them got the work done about 2 hours earlier than estimated. The cost was about expected, and now I have five garage doors with 10 yr parts warranty. I am very happy with the interaction and promptness. In working one of the doors, we discovered that one of the exterior keypads was defective, and Brandon had a new one in his van. He promptly replaced it, and everything is working great. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone and will put them on my home maintenance list of vendors. Brandon was great and a clear asset to the company. Enjoyed working with the team.

Brandon B was indeed there within that time. He explained what he would do and then in 5 mins gave me an estimate. I agreed and within 10-15 mins he had repaired the damage. Precision had replaced our garage door springs many years ago so they were the ones I called when one of them broke. When Tim arrived and found that Precision had replaced them he called the office. I was then told they were under warranty and would be replaced for just the cost of the service fee. He even took the time to adjust the garage door opener after replacing the springs.
