Caleb came earlier then my scheduled appointment and found the problem immediately. He was courteous and informative, and after a thorough inspection of the doors he advised me as to future maintenance issues we might have and our available options. He worked quickly and went beyond just repairing the problem to also tightening loose fittings, etc. We will definitely call on Precision again. I was very pleased with the service.

Technician was great, polite, and very knowledgeable but I felt like it was a bit too expensive for the repair. I had agreed previously on the price so I paid it but it was expensive.

they completed the job fast and with good quality My only complaint is with their Billing ? They charge you for both a service call $49 and hide the other installation charges in the price of the item? ( one spring was $150 dollar the left spring was $75 dollars) When I called there national call center I was told that the labor was added into the first spring (I thought they were local only the truck is local plus it costs $49 to have the truck bring the technician to your house?)

5 star rating. Jerry B was prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I called because a spring had broken on garage door. Jerry assessed the problem and due to the age of the door he recommended a rebuilt kit and door overhaul. He did excellent work and answered all my questions. We noticed an additional problem with the door not fitting flush due to an error when the house was built. He told me what I needed to correct this problem. He is ordering trim that goes around the doors and said it would take about a week. I am very pleased with this technician and with Precision Door and would recommend them to family and friends. There is only room below for one product but I purchased springs, pulleys, cables, and rollers.

We had an emergency situation where the garage door spring broke. I called at approximately 9:30 am on July 6th and the receptionist scheduled the technician for between 11:00 - 1:00. Joe arrived at around 10:45 and began troubleshooting the problem. He was very nice and thorough with explaining what else was wrong beside the springs. Joe was awesome! A++

I chose Precision because they had the option of evening appointments. Jerry B arrived right on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly installed 2 new openers for me and everything worked great. At my request, he was even able to reuse the existing wall-mounted buttons from the old openers so he could install the new buttons on the other side of the garage so I could control the doors from 2 places.

My garage door is a Clopay insulated 2" thick. I had a broken return spring that runs parallel to the door track. The repair man suggested that my system be converted to a single torsion spring system. He made the conversion and the overall cost was just a little more than than it would cost To repair the original system. I was amazed at the speed he worked. I don't think he was here more than an hour. I rate the overall experience 5 Stars. I just love their same day service.

Jerry came by today. He was punctual and very professional. He gave me an estimate for a replacement garage door/track on my outbuilding. The estimate he gave me was, I felt, over-priced. Of course, this is no reflection on Jerry as he was providing pricing established by the company. Overall, a very positive interaction with your company.
