I was somewhat pleased with the installation however there was some areas that were not sealed off when I inquired about it the tech indicated the pavement was not even I explained why would I get a insulated door and have openings he then said he could strip it well that should have been suggested to me. Otherwise things were good

Wilson Borskey was very professional and courteous. A text was sent before each arrival and included a photo, so you knew who to expect. Great work fixing the garage door in my new house. The door wasn't bracketed correctly and the entire opener needed to be replaced. They came out fixed/repaired the problems all within 2 hours. Highly recommend!

I went to open the garage and the door would not lift and I could see some of the issue but did not have the expertise to repair it. Our cars were trapped in the garage. I called shortly after lunch and we were accommodated with a same day repair. The repair team was very knowledgeable and professional and not only got the door working but also identified that an incorrect spring had been installed on the original installation (10 years ago). Well done

Representatives came out to re align the garage door. Hinges were replaced on the first vist and a Genie Limit Switch ($55.95). Before leaving, it was noticed that the door would not close, as it closed completely before the problem of realignment. Technicians left the door as is!! In trying to figure out why the door would not close completely, I noticed the Genie Limit Switch (which should cost about $14 was the problem as the lever was not adjusted to allow for complete closure. Also, two additional Hinges, that were bent needed replacement. Technicians did come out the next day to replace the Hinges. Also, two grease spots are located on the front of the garage door, which I am attempting to remove while leaving two smudges. Needless to say, I have to find a cleaner for these unsightly spots on a beige door.

I needed work done on 2 garage doors at my 67-year-old home. Max Johnson came out to assess the situation & give me choices & estimates. He was timely, courteous, friendly, professional, & patiently answered multiple questions at my level of understanding. He also accommodated questions from family members who were helping me make this major decision. Max & his associate Derrick returned a few days later to tune & lube both doors, & install a door opener on the one I had been operating manually for years. Again, Max put my mind at ease with his explanations & emphasis on customer satisfaction & safety. Both gentlemen did an excellent job. It is such a blessing to have the doors functioning with the added convenience of the door opener & its features! I highly recommend Precision Door.
