Broken Garage Door Spring Repair

One of my door springs had failed, trapping my car in the garage. Precision Door was sympathetic to this issue and able to respond within a few hours! Before anyone else even returned my calls! David Brown was the technician who came out and he was quite thorough, giving me several options to address the problem. He also helped me to get my car out since the option I chose required him to come back. David did a careful and excellent job of installing a new system. I found him to be very knowledgeable, willing to share that knowledge, and working at a steady & efficient pace to complete the work. He would be most welcome here again!

We would highly recommend Precision Door. The Reps who came to give an estimate were helpful and courteous. There was a little wait before the door came in, but, once it was here they scheduled our appointment to install the new door and opener right away. I hired precision because I needed a new garage door for my home. I scheduled an appointment and I had to wait a total of eight weeks to get the door installed which I wasn't to happy about. Technician Ramone Scott came to my home to install the garage door and he was on time, very courteous, and a hard worker. He ran into a little trouble but that didn't stop Mr. Scott he just put on his thinking cap and solved the problem. I really appreciate him being so thorough. Mr. Scott made waiting worth while in the end. I really appreciate him taking pride in his work. Great job Mr. Ramone Scott "You Rock" ????. Precision company keep up the good work!

I am only giving one star because the technician was so nice. Unfortunately, my garage door, which wasn't rising smoothly, got progressively worse after he left Friday. By Sunday, it was completely stuck and the manual release isn't releasing. So my car is trapped. Awaiting their return tomorrow morning and hoping for a fix this time.

I called on Friday to report and problem and the on call technician tried to help me reset my code over the phone. He identified i needed a service call. The technician called and was able to arrive early and let me know he was on his way. He arrived and identified the issue and replaced the keypad in 5 minutes. He was super nice, very efficient, and the service call was reasonably priced . I highly recommend Precision and hope you would get Greg Dean as your technician (He was GREAT)
