The install was done very quickly and thoroughly. Technical was personable. We are owed 1 remote that wasn't provided at time of service in September. Its January and I followed up to see when we would receive it. The office shared with me that it will be an additional cost (1hr labor) and the remote fee to come out and program it. This was part of the service we paid for back in September! Very disappointed with the additional service charge because they didn't have the remote at time of install.

Only 4 because door took a little more than 10 weeks. That said, the installation went smoothly; Mike was a courteous and professional installer. The door looks great and we’re very happy to finally our car in the garage and not have to take trash out through our front door.

When my garage door broke suddenly I was a little worried because of the weather and the fact that people could easily walk in and take what they like. one call to Precision and all my worries went away. I called on Wednesday night around 5 and they were at my door by 8am the next morning. The technicians were incredibly professional and friendly and gave me all of the information that I needed and were done within an hour.
