Have been thinking about a new garage door for a couple of years now. Current door is o.k. but dated (and making a few strange noises). Have had recent experiences with independent contractors that I wanted to avoid so after checking reviews, BBB, and Contractors Board called Precision (probably due to TV ads) and couldn't be happier. Technician Brandon made same day call and after inspection indicated the door was operationally o.k. and referred us to Paul in their Sales Dept. who has provided us with the estimate after answering our multitude of questions. Everyone we have dealt with in this firm has been prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. We're now anxiously awaiting arrival of our new garage door. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

I had mistakenly closed the garage door with the hatchback to the car open. The garage door was able to close but would only open about 12” because it was getting stuck on the car door. I knew I had to call Precision. I had used them several times in the past for help with an ancient garage door and then for installation of a new door all together. This company has great, knowledgeable people working there and I have always been happy with the results. I wouldn’t consider calling another company!!!

Service Tech Andrew Morgan First I called at 10am and the technician was here by 12. Andrew came out diagnosed the problem with our garage door opener detailed what needed to be repaired and the cost. All work was completed within 2 hours. He very professional and friendly. From the initial phone call to final handshake, service is great. All in the same day, which is often hard to find. Had a broken 26-year-old spring, installed new nylon rollers and upgraded to the 10-year warranty. Service technicians were really knowledgeable and performed the work quickly.
