Liked the overwhelming number of 5 star reviews and the availability of evening or weekend appointments if needed. The Tech was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. Price for replacing the springs, cables and rollers with US made parts was reasonable for the work done and the speed of service. I would not hesitate to use the again or to refer a friend to them.

Fast and courteous response from your repair technician. Actually called after midnight and was pleasantly surprised to actually talk to a live person, they were very friendly and helpful and assured me that a technician would be in touch with me the next morning by 9:00 AM Jerry called before 9 and asked for some more details about my problem. He stated be would be at my house in about 25 minutes and he did not miss it by much. He evaluated our problem, explained our options and did not try to pressure us in any way as to how we would like the repair to go. Once we informed Jerry of our decision he proceeded to make the repairs and had them completed in a short time. He explained how to operate the new system and even programmed an auxiliary remote to the new system for us Very pleased with your company and your tech. Jerry. Will definitely use your company if we have any further problems and will recommend Precision to our friends fi they have garage door problems.

Advertising that your company goes the extra mile to hire qualified and dependable people was a critical point to me. Also, reading reviews from previous customers was helpful. I was pleased to speak with a live customer rep along with my ability to change a previously scheduled appointment time. The confirming email from Precision, along with assigning a tech to my work request and his bio was welcomed. I received a call from Jerry Berry 30 minutes prior to his arrival alerting me he was in transit. Jerry was a no nonsense and confident tech that diagnosed the problem and made recommendations, along with taking time to explain the options. I will request Jerry for any future work.

I originally chose Precision because of the coupon. All of the people that I dealt with originally were very professional and helpful, but the one that really shined was Charles my installer. I had a new door put on and the old door was moved to my work shed. Charles was meticulous with the install on both doors. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and patient with my many questions. I especially appreciate his promptness and his calling when he was on his way. Definitely a keeper!
