Your guy showed up ahead of time and got right to work on a broken spring which was the original reason we called. He discovered that the opener was damaged when the spring failed. He had all of the parts needed on his truck to install a new opener. Great job and great service.

Precision did a great job for me. Called at 08:00 and had an appointment for between 09:00 and 11:00. I had asked for a call before technician headed to my house and received the call. Joe showed up and went right to work. He figured out very quickly the safety eyes were not working and replaced them. Door now operating perfectly. Thanks for everything Precision. I saw a commercial on ABC this morning. By coincidence one of our tenant's garage door wouldn't close. So, I called Precision! The operator was polite and sent a tech out by 3:00 the same day. The service tech was very nice and explained the problem with garage door. The door was fixed by 4:00. We are a property management company and will definitely use Precision again! I have used Precision 3 times. I just used them today after my large 18 foot wide wooden garage door spring broke. Since this door is so heavy it cannot be lifted or used without a working spring. I called and they had a repair man at my house, the same day within 1 hour of my call! It is very rare to get that type of service these days.
