Thank you for the quick turnaround with our service call. We called because a spring broke on our garage door. A service repairman (Conner) was at our house in less than an hour. Conner was extremely helpful, professional and gave me great tips/advice on proper maintenance on my garage door. Thanks to Conner my garage door springs, cable and bracket was changed in 30 minutes. He was great. I will 100% be using you guys in the future for all of my garage door needs.

Connor Atwood performed his services in a very professional, timely, and quality manner. He was technically knowledgeable and extremely client oriented. He clearly explained all of the options I had to repair my garage door. He rebuilt my broken garage door and installed a garage door opener on another garage at my house. If I have any garage issues in the future, I will be requesting that Conner Atwood perform the services. I would rate his services at the 5 level.

I called Precision because they were able to come within a few hours. I contacted another service but they couldn't give me an appointment for two days. I could not get one of our garage doors to engage with the pulley that moves it up and down. Jerry was supposed to come at 1PM but he was able to come TWO HOURS EARLY! The problem was extremely simple to fix, but as Jerry looked over the garage door and mechanisms we talked about the springs, which he strongly suspected would not last much longer because they were "contractor grade" and had already been used for 13 years. This was not at all a "hard sell." I elected to go with new springs for both garage doors and he was able to install them on the spot. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I'd definitely call upon Precision again if I needed garage door repair ... although I hope that's not for a very long time.

The spring brace broke away from the wall and the garage door could not be opened. Within the hour Jerry Berry was here and had everything fixed and working within 30 minutes and there was no charge. It was covered by the warranty. A very nice surprise.

I am very happy with the work I had done. I had a previously bought garage door belt drive opener installed as well as the recommended door hardware rebuild done. New rollers, spring and belt drive opener is so quiet and sweet. Very happy with the technician for explanations, communication and work ethic.

There is nothing like the dread of having to make major repairs on your home. The bottom line of cost is an unknown and just makes me nervous. In 2015, I needed someone to fix my garage door. My sister in law recommended Precision Garage Doors. Joe, the technician, broke down the possibilities to fix it or to replace the door. There was never any pressure to purchase. He laid out every detail involved, choices and costs in a very factual manner. That let me know exactly what the options were. So I replaced the door. In the last month or so, the door operating system, which is 20 years old malfunction constantly. It did not want to go down, the button had to be held until you had the door where you wanted it. It was a game of timing and very frustrating! Again, Joe was the technician. He analyzed the problem, laid out the options so I knew my choices. The no pressure, the details involved in fixing or purchasing and choice options presented made the decision so much easier. Precision Garage Doors will always be my choice for any repairs or new products!
