Great service, fair price, and satisfied. Our tech Tony P was polite and took extra time to teach me how to keep up with the preventive maintenance that I should perform periodically. The person who booked my appointment was very friendly also. I got a same day appointment, and immediate service. We replaced pretty much everything but the door itself. Tony gave me multiple options and various price ranges to meet our needs. The price was so good I chose to have it all done. . 5 star service and performance.

Had a spring break about a year ago. You came out on a weekend, explained everything in detail, and even lubricated my other doors. Today you replaced a broken spring on my second door. The spring on our garage door was 17 years old and broke so I couldn't get my vehicle out of the garage because the door wouldn't go up. I called Precision and the. were out to fix it within an hour and a half allowing me to still get to my appointments that day. Great work and quick response time!

Great experience with Anthony Parson. I called for a quote on a repair or replacement on Sunday evening and Anthony was at my house at 9am the next day. He went over all the issues with my wife and was able to fix the garage door instead of total replacement. He was not overly pushy but gently encouraged total replacement. Unfortunately we could not move forward at this time however I will be calling back for total replacement. Defiantly a company I will recommend to friends, family, and my customers as well.

My garage door springs broke. The door could not be opened. I called another garage door service. I had to wait 5 days for a service. At 5pm on the day of service, the other company called and said it would be another four days before they could come out. I called Precision at 6pm and they were here by 8am the next morning. The technician, Tony, was pleasant and professional. The repair was completed with an hour. The price was reasonable. I will use Precision for any future needs and highly recommend them!

My neighbor had a door installed by Precision Door, and I asked him for their number. Joe the man who came out to give me a quote was very professional, courteous and friendly. Also the technicians who came out did a wonderful job, and I couldn't be more pleased with my new garage door. My garage which was previously pitch black is now flooded with light from the garage windows. Also the insulated door has greatly decreased the summer heat in my garage. Thank you Precision Door!
