So I called the company Monday night and set up the appointment which was awesome because they came out the next day. I received 3 options to repair the garage door I chose to replace 2 cables and 2 brackets that the cables get attached to. The cost was $425! The repair only took 20 min tops!!! I can believe how expensive this was! This is insane I would never recommend this company again. The installer was nice and all but the pricing is just ridiculous!!!!!

We received a coupon in a mailer for a free service call which worked great as we needed a service call. We were very impressed with how quick and informative the service call was handled as it was done within an hour of our calling. Jaydon was great and explained everything that he found to be in need of repair along with fixing our issue from the original request. He did the repairs in a timely manner explained everything he did and left the garage as he found it. We will definitely use Precision again if needed and would highly recommend them.

This company was selected from many, because of its outstanding reputation. It starts with the Field Boss - Scott Plopper. He only hires the "best of the best", as was evidenced by the performance of Adam and Zak this AM. The work went quickly and of course an older garage is never square. These two guys worked some miracles and had this garage door up in a couple of hours. Cleanup wasn't an issue and there was never any course language like some contractors prefer. Great team & a "high five" to the "Plopper Man" for hiring these really great guys. Would recommend this company to everyone!

Our neighbor recommended Precision Garage Door when we need to update our garage door. We called in the morning and within 2 hours we had someone at our home. Jacob (Jake) was both the estimator and installer. After reviewing what we wanted, he inspected our door system, then discussed with us what he found and made several suggestions for replacement. I had a very ancient opener that barely worked anymore without a lot of clicking n banging. One call on Sunday n Jacob was at my door at 9am next morning, new opener unit, rollers, adjustments etc.. 3 hrs n done!! Wow… He was awesome- Less than 24 hrs from call to install- unheard of nowadays- crazy- thank you will recommend every chance I get

The installation team did a good job installing two new garage doors and one new opener. Unfortunately, the installation team damaged the housing to the existing garage door opener that was not replaced. Brought this to the team lead's attention and the office. No call back and I will need to do my own repair to the unit as the plastic housing for the lamp is hanging somewhat.

Steve Gatson came out to provide an estimate on the repair cost. Both of our springs had broken. He was very detailed and explained what each part would cost (for each spring (x2), bearing (x3) and a set of brackets/wires) and also explained that there was no labor charge as it was built into the replacement costs being quoted. When the work was complete, he also let me know that the springs had a five year warranty and the wires had a one year warranty. I'd definitely recommend Steve based on my experience working with him. He was professional, polite, and efficient.

Rick, was FANTASTIC! He quickly realized that our old garage opener was "shot" after 31 years. He replaced it with a Lift-Master Belt-Driven unit that is state of the art. He was done in just over two hours and showed my wife how to use all the "bells and whistles" of the new unit.

William Turner was outstanding. He did a professional job of upselling and performed all work in a craftsman manner. He was also very efficient. The entire experience with Precision was five star from the initial phone call, prompt response time (within 2 hours), well trained installer, to the billing and follow up. I am not sure of market pricing but given the service the value received will place them at the top of my future call list.
