I requested a service call to determine if my garage door could be repaired and the service technician who came to my home was very considerate, polite and was able to repair the problem. He was kind enough to point out that my 40 year old garage door was probably going to require a rebuild in order to maintain safety and integrity. He was not pushy and he provided me with two options for the rebuild for me to consider. I will definitely call Precision when I decide what to do going forward. I was very pleased with the service and the technician was wonderful.

On 05/29/19 I received a text that my tech man would be at 318 Herman st between 2:00 pm and 4: pm on the 05/30/19. The tech text me at 6:25 pmt hat he was on his way, obviously i was disappointed.After i left my home they called to tell me he was on his way. Poor service
