I had a great experience with Precision. The company was recommended by a friend who had services for 2 homes in the past. The recommendation was exactly on target. Scheduling an assessment of my old garage door opener was easy. The technician, Sean, was extremely helpful! He assessed the situation, provided me multiple options and ultimately I chose to go with a new opener as mine was 25 years old! Sean didn’t push the products but gave me specific information to help me decide. He’s very knowledgeable and even helped me pair the opener to my car! Installation was quick even on a 100 degree day! Thanks Sean!

I was very upset that Brian was so late, but when he arrived and apologized and explained to me exactly what caused the problem with my garage door everything turned out great. Brian spent the time explaining the problem and what had to be done to correct it. He was very helpful and I was very satisfied with the service
