Very informative session with your technician, Mike Hopton. He explained the options for rehabbing vs replacing our aging garage door, and was spot on regarding the cost. We called Precision because we couldn't get the garage door to open. A.J. came the next day on a Saturday. He was personable, humorous, and efficient. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it, but he also identified and fixed a problem which had nothing to do with our original issue. He spent extra time figuring it out and then resolving this issue so our garage doors are better than when we bought the house! Thanks A.J.! We actually enjoyed having you come out and we know who to call when we are ready to replace this door with the new fancy door I want!
