My garage door did not work properly moving with terrible noise and sometimes got stuck. Precision technician for just 1 hour made it up to fully operational sate replacing most of obsolete moving parts and springs so that it works now perfect. All options how to fix it were discussed before the repair. Thanks.

The service provided by Precision Door was outstanding. We had the springs and associated pulley assemblies replaced for two doors within the same day of calling for repair. After calling for confirmation, the technician was able to actually start ahead of the scheduled time and completed the work well before the proposed completion time. We would highly recommend the use of Precision Overhead Door Company.

Leo arrived in the window of time that was promised and notified me when he was on his way from his previous appointment. Estimate for New Garage Doors and Openers I can't say enough about the prompt, courteous, professional customer service both Brian and Eddie have given thus far. They took time to answer all my questions and give me fair, competitive price options. Options! The website is very user friendly - and the tech bios and customer reviews show a company grounded in strong values with pride and confidence in their team members and products offered. This is most certainly a five star, quality and customer focused company. They listen and offer suggestions based on needs / budget without sacrificing quality. I'm not sure I've ever had a better front end, deposit paying, customer experience... I highly recommend!
