Good experience with Precision Garage Door. Delivery and installation were as scheduled, door was actually ready 2 weeks in advance. Installers explained the steps, were finished in a timely manner and took the old door away. Door looks and sounds great, staff was professional, cleaned up after and took the time to explain some maintenance. Good experience and value, recommend Precision Garage Door without reservation!

Our garage door came out of the tracks with both our cars in the garage. We called Precision door and talked to an actual person. She assured us a technician would be at our home within 1 to 4 hours. We received an email and a call that the technician was on his way and would be at our home in about 1 hour. Technician arrived promptly and immediately diagnosed problem. He gave us an accurate estimate for the work, which we approved. He had our garage door fixed and working within an hour and a half at the estimated price. Our technician, AJ, was extremely professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. We are very satisfied and would recommend Precision Door highly.

Kyle installed new garage door and garage door opener. He did a great job. He was very attentive to my concerns. When job was done he took the time to explain everything to my wife and I, this is the first time we ever had a garage door opener.
