I had Precision install a garage opener last year (2021) because I needed it and they were the first ones to come out and replace my broken opener. I liked the installer so in May of 2022 I decided to replace another garage door opener and requested Felix who installed the one in 2021.

mr.hamzik arrived one half hour early. mine was a major problem, cable broken door almost off track. he quickly diagnosrd problem, gave me very fair estimate of cost and set right to work.in less than two hours all involved parts were expertly replaced. good work at a reasonable price. am very pleased.

My door was making a screeching noise and I noticed rollers moving different on one side. I contacted them after checking reviews on internet. They were polite, straight forward and able to come away. They called to let me know they were on way, quickly pointed out the problems of rusted cables and rollers. Best of all they fixed right then and there, plus was able to use my credit card. Service was fast and took time to test everything out. Very pleased.
