I recently had my garage door keypad replaced. As always, the service was quick, professional and done with a smile (behind the mask). This was also true with the original door installation and later maintenance visits. I especially appreciate the emails and the phone call to let me know when the technician is arriving ; they are always punctual and a pleasure to deal with.

Your technician arrived at my store and instantly new how to remedy the problem. He worked quickly to repair the broken spring on the warehouse door, and within 40 minutes everything was repaired. The problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly. The repairman explained everything, and showed me what was wrong. (Leo, I think his name was? He usually works in Westchester, not NJ.) I asked about a remote, which we needed, and he had one, and gave me a price beforehand. He was very friendly and helpful!
