I have to say I was very impressed with the service I received from Precision. The appointment for service was easy to schedule and the technician was on time and very courteous. I have an old garage door which was stuck closed and was preventing me from getting in. I didn’t think anyone would be able to get the door open again without breaking it, but their technician was able to figure out a way to get it to budge and then open again. He also got the door working again. I’m very happy I was able to get back into my garage and didn’t have to make an immediate decision to replace the door. I definitely will call them back when I’m ready to replace this door.

I was extremely satisfied with the service provided. Tim Rainey was the technician that came to fix my door and I thought he was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and very kind! He explained and answered all my concerns and questions from why it may have happened to what could possibly happen in the future. I would recommend Precision to anyone who is in need of this service! I was very happy and grateful that they were able to get to me within a reasonable time and it was the SAME day! Thank you Tim for your fast, great service and applying all your expertise to resolve the problem I had with my door in such a timely fashion!!
