From beginning to end my experience with precision door was flawless! Scheduling appointment was simple online, communication was clear and well timed and technician, Ethan was prompt, knowledgeable and personable. He gave me good explanations and options for repairs needed to be up and running which he did in a short amount of time. Charges were fair and reasonable. Bravo! On Thursday, 4/14, our garage door was upgraded, repaired and made functional. Ethan was the "mechanic" that took charge of restoring the garage door. He was courteous, extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He explained. in detail, what the problems were and what needed to be repaired or replaced and stressed safety issues that were of concern. Very impressive!!! The service was done swiftly and skillfully. He was a pleasure to work with.

Precision was able to repair my garage door opener the same day I called. Glenn arrived on time and provided fast and excellent service. He gave me two options: a short term and a long term fix. I really do appreciate being given options and selected the long term fix. Glenn completed the job within the time estimate and the garage door works great again. I highly recommend Glenn and Precision.
