I wish all businesses were operated this way! Professional from start to finish. I was send e-mail and text message reminders of my technician's visit and Luigi indeed showed up on time, explaining everything that was to be done. My garage door opener was long overdue to be replaced and Luigi completed the job perfectly, taking the time to explain what he did and showing me how the keypad and remote controls work. The price was also reasonable considering how important the safety of our garage doors are. Luigi was completely business-like, polite, efficient and knowledgeable, and I would recommend Precision with no reservations. Thank you!
