Rob Z was our technician who was very punctual. He was very professional, courteous and very friendly. He explained in detail what was wrong with my garage door and what it would take to be fixed. Based on what he told me, I decided to have the springs replaced on the other two garage doors, without any pressure from Rob. I would highly recommend Precision for any and all services to be performed.

Glenn was excellent explaining all details of our new garage doors and their installation. The other estimates were a bit lower but we were more confident going with precision and Glenn was a big part Of our decision. A very good representative of your company!

I have to say I usually don't write review but the overall experience was outstanding. Needed an repair asap, called Precision and was able to get an appointment for the same day. Precision emailed me to let me know what service tech was coming. Within 2 hrs., Glenn G. called and he was on his way. Can not say enough about Glenn G. He was very professional, pleasant, explained everything and did a great job. Thank you Glenn.
