Ryan and Rob were great.They were neat and they were here when promised . Unlike other companies I called.The job was more than expected but???I gave them the ok and it was done in a timely manor.I was not ready to replace all components but after explanation I gave them the ok.

Had my system rebuilt. New springs, pulleys, rollers, cables. Technician was very thorough. He did an excellent job. My door never opened and closed as quietly and smoothly as it does now. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone. In less than 2 hours the job was complete and with quality parts.

Called Precision because of advertised "quick" service. They scheduled a garage door repair for the next day. The technician notified me prior to his arrival that he would be at the house within 30 minutes. After his arrival he started a thorough inspection of the garage door, explaining everything he was checking and why, in a very professional manner. Once I agreed upon service, Ryan started the repair which was done in a short time. After the repair, he checked and rechecked to be sure everything was in good working order. Ryan was very courteous and efficient.
