Ferdinand, the garage door technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. He phoned and came earlier. He told us the problem and fixed it by replacing two pullies. Our garage door is now working. We are glad we had him and that he came the next day.

Gedas Bruce did a complete inspection of my garage door and found a couple of issues that will be taken care of in the next visit. He replaced key panel which was old. Key remotes were checked to be sure both were working. Other items will be put on order for next visit in the Spring. Gedas did a excellent job and I was very pleased with his work.

I needed to have 2 garage door openers replaced and parts replaced on one of the doors. Chris K was very informative with the products available. He arrived on schedule the next day to do the install. After the work was complete, he explained how some items worked. Him and his coworker left the area neat and clean. So far, I am very pleased with my purchase and the service that I've received. I would definitely recommend Precision in the future.
