My experience with Precision Garage Door was fantastic! Glen Colaianni was punctual, courteous and professional. He listened to my concerns, reviewed my current installation, and then made recommendations with clear descriptions with what he would do and the costs involved. The installation of two garage door openers was quick, clean, and neat. He thoroughly explained how to properly use the systems and answered any questions I had. Truely a great experience with Glen. Everyone else I dealt with from my initial phone call onward were exceptional and customer service focused.

Fast Friendly service. I called at 5:45 PM on Wednesday and the technician was here the next morning. We were frustrated with another garage door company that took a deposit to replace the spring then said it would be at least 4-6 weeks. That didn't sit well so I called Precision and they had the parts and completed the job the next day. Precision is head and shoulders above that competitor and explained why it's not a good idea to replace only one spring and also pointed out a frayed cable that needs to be replaced and was missed by the other company.

When I got a new car I was able to link to the motor, but in doing so the keypad and another remote became unlinked.
