I saw the Precision truck in my neighborhood and thought when I need a new garage door opener , thats where I'm going. When John Delpiu arrived, he was friendly & knowledgeable , he checked out the opener in detail , was not trying to sell me the anything , just trying to be informative . After I heard all the ins and outs of every product he had , I decided to go with the top . Was much more quieter than my previous opener and I was so shocked he was so quick in the installation . I highly recommend Precision and ask for : John Delphi!

Right from the moment I opened my front door, Sean was very courteous and polite. I showed Sean the issue and he explained to me what had happened. He thoroughly went through and inspected all the other parts of the door and wrote up proposal. Again very polite explained what needed to be fixed and the cost. Upon completion he had me test it.

We were very pleased with the service on our broken garage door spring repair. We give the service 5 stars. From the beginning - making a phone call after hours and actually speaking to a person and setting up an appointment for the next day. Then receiving a phone call during the 4 hour period of time to let us know when the service person was approximately coming. The repairman "Chris Aveta" should get 5 stars also. He assessed the situation and explained what had to be done and the 2 choices we had. He answered all our questions and after the repair was done double checked that everything was working well.

Tino was in the area and made arrangements to come work on our door a day early! He arrived promptly, was extremely courteous and professional. He analyzed what needed to be done, gave his assessment of the situation and presented our options. The spring and lock on the door were of main concern at the time, so we focused on that for the moment. He repaired the lock and then gave a full demonstration on how it worked several times to make sure we had it down pat. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and ease to work with. Just a bit on the pricey side, but worth it for the satisfaction

One of our garage door springs broke and we needed someone to come the same day. We called Precision, and they were very courteous and were able to send someone over within an hour. Tom, the service professional, was very courteous, and explained all of the options to us after he did a thorough exam of the situation. Although the repairs were extremely costly, they came with a 1 year warranty. Tom did an excellent job, and finished within a half hour. I highly recommend Precision if cost is no object.

No hassle or haggle when I made the choice that was right for me. I had done what I expected and at the price I thought it should be. That does not happen that often anymore. While the work was being done at my house a neighbor came over and set up an estimate for his home.
