The tech came, checked everything to make sure there was no other problems just the remote. He replaced it and everything works great now. The tech was very nice, polite and explained everything. I always use Precision Door because of their excellent service.

We needed the keypad on our garage replaced. The technician who came was very knowledgable and replaced it quickly. We inquired about a garage door replacement and he was also very well informed about that. We ended up ordering a new door which we think will look great on our house. I called Precision because I was under the impression that the previous owners of this town- house used your service. When your technician, Chris Aveta, arrived I explained the difficulty I was having opening and closing the door. He then carefully inspected the door, assessed what needed to be done, explained to me what the repair would entail, and answered all my questions. His professional demeanor and courteous service were very much appreciated. He did a great job!

I contacted Precision on a friend's recommendation to have my garage door serviced. The door was out of alignment and the outside remote panel was working sporadically. Ryan and John arrived on time and immediately assessed my condition by doing a thorough evaluation of my garage door and all its working parts. The alignment was corrected, all working parts ( pulleys springs, rollers, cables, etc.) were inspected and lubricated. The outside control panel was replaced, and, at my request, an additional door opener wall station was installed. Ryan and John were very professional, knowledgeable and conscientious. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Precision for garage door service.

Had service performed 7/10/18. The technician, Rob Z., called to inform me of his arrival time, was on time, professional, courteous, very knowledgeable about all aspects of door repair & replacement, and an all around nice guy. I believe it took about an hour, maybe a little less, to replace the springs. Door works great again! Thank you Rob and Precision Door for a job well done!

Rich gets a straight five star rating from me. He quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested options for getting our oversized garage door back in service. We went with a new motor and other recommendations and now the door works great and is quieter than ever. He called ahead of arriving and did a great job of answering all of my questions both before and after he did the job.
