My technicians was Brian. He called me several times to keep me updated on his arrival time. Once he arrived I told him what my issues were. He took them and explained to me the process. He went through but my doors with a fine tooth comb. Told me what was wrong and what needed to be corrected at this time. Brian was impeccable with his work. He fixed both my doors, which in included installing a new one. He showed me how to operate other the remotes and touch pads. I would definitely have Brian come out again. Thanks for the great service your company provides.

We called Precision and they came when they said they would and were ready to work on our garage door problem. Brian was great! He quickly zeroed in on our problem and installed some parts to get our door working again. He also advised us that we have the wrong size door which was what another company had installed. I would use this company again in a heart beat. They are very professional and competent.
