Both of my garage doors were no longer functioning. Danny Salas came to my home, surveyed the doors and explained my options. He was a gentleman, well spoken and knowledgeable. He gave me a price on the spot and detailed why the various components needed replacement. The work required was somewhat different for each door. Essentially, Danny replaced all the parts except for the doors themselves. Dealing with Danny was a pleasure. The company is well run.

We called Precision to assist with replacing two damaged garage door panels we originally purchased back in 2007 . They came out quickly to assess and then worked with the vendor to provide an accurate estimate for rebuilding two panels to match our existing doors. The new panels arrived within a month of ordering. Faber V. was the technician assigned to replace our garage door panels and did an amazing job. He was very professional, courteous and completed the job perfectly. We are very pleased with the service received from our initial call for an estimate and then the repair. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.

My experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was excellent. My two doors required springs, cables, pulleys and door rollers, a general system inspection and lubrication. My service technician Glen Colaianni was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and punctual. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. The quoted price was more than fair and dealing with the scheduling personal was a pleasure. The garage doors now operate like new again, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends. Excellent company!

I am very happy with my first experience with Precision Door. My garage door and opener had never been serviced in the 15 years that I have owned my current home. The opener no longer properly worked, and the door has multiple mechanical problems. The technician, John, arrived in the very early part of the time window that I was given. His service was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He fully explained the estimate for the work required, and then proceeded with the repair of the door, and installation on a new opener. The new opener works great, and is unbelievably quiet! My family and I are very pleased.

So far, we have only had the visit of the Door Specialist, Tammy. Tammy was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
