My experience with Precision was excellent from start to finish. My sales person who came to the house and measured was impressive, she really new her job. Malik did the install and he was here on time and finished the job faster than I anticipated. Clean and neat install. I guess that is why your company is called Precision!

Louis and John are professionals exhibiting a friendly and neighborly manner. As a client I felt confident and trusted their abilities and recommendations. My garage was cramped, however they endured the tight quarters and were done in an hour replacing a motor and track, installing sensors and key pads. They utilized previous wiring which made it simple for me. Highly recommended, highly trusted, and I am extremely pleased with the service and products.

I had wheels replaced last year. The technician Jackson said I needed the motor replaced. This year when it got cold the door started making noises again so we decided to get the motor replaced. Jackson came again this year and replaced and showed us how to work the new motor. He was very professional and courteous.
