When I called Precision Customer Service, I was greeted by a courteous young lady which scheduled my appointment quickly. The Technician Christian G arrived at my home I give him a 10 the best! Christian G rates a 10 he was a perfect gentleman, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, explained in detail what he needed to do, once he diagnosed what was needed, he explained my options in full details. I am very happy with my Garage Opening Replacement. Christian G you rate a 5 Star --- Precision rates a 5 Star also.

I was so impressed by the caliber of service and expertise that the technician Tino had on servicing my garage door today. He found out immediately what the problem was and explained it all to me in technically language I could understand as a layman He suggested what needed to be done and let me decide how I wanted to proceed with fixing my older garage door. Also he was very prompt and completed the job although I thought it would take much longer, in a timely fashion. Besides being competent he was very pleasant and cordial as well as businesslike I would highly recommend Precision to my friends as my friend and neighbor did to me. Thank you Installed new keypad and remotes as well as rollers and springs

He called to let us know he was running a bit late, and wanted to let us know. i find that to be very professional thing to do and is lacking in many companies today. He called to let us know that he was on his way and was 15 minutes out. He arrived with a mask on and did his thing. No hard sell which was something very welcoming.
