Door spring and unacceptably broke, and needed immediate repair. Service technician, Thomas, responded and evaluated the condition of the door hardware. He gave us suggestions and choices for repair. He was thorough and knowledgeable. Within the hour the job was completed and the door worked perfectly.

Precision never lets me down. They are the best. Everyone should use them. I am old and lately everyone does shoddy work....not PRECISION James was the best...patient with this old person. Showed me a few things i did not know. He is an asset to the company. GIVE HIM A RAISE. The young lady on the phone tried to be so helpful. I wish i had her name...maybe Alli. Patient again.. She needs a raise too. KUDOS TO PRECISION

I have not receives an email receipt for my MasterCard payment. There is a slight tear on the bottom rubber seal on the left hand door, which may or may not become worse over time.

Service tech was very nice explained all options however chose to just repair instead of whole new motor ($800). After the tech left I opened my garage with the new keypad installed however when I went to close the garage it did not work. Have since called back 3 separate times to get a resolution only to be told “we will have someone call you.” That was July 6th. Still waiting. Took my $285 and garage still doesn’t fully work. Will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

We are waiting on the installation of our new garage door, but we are extremely satisfied with the customer service we received thus far. This included during our initial visit to discuss repairing the existing door and then the subsequent visit to discuss and purchase a new door instead. The texts received from the company were very helpful to remind us of our appointments and to introduce in detail who would be visiting us. Had a door opening problem with an old Rissland (local NJ only?) installation and was unable to get service from them. Had a discount coupon from Precision and called. This was not an emergency but service was excellent, particularly from your technician, Charles Gripenburg who was prompt, courteous and straightforward about what he could and couldn't do (i.e. he wasn't able to work on the old motor) and remained cheerful when I needed him to come back to fix a minor problem with the door closing. Altogether a very pleasant experience.
