We called and made an appointment to replace a spring on our garage door. Within an hour after making the appointment, David Bryan, the repair expert from Precision, called to say he could be there before 10-2 window if that would be ok. This was fantastic service and David completed the repair in less than an hour. We are very pleased with the promptness and the courteous service by him and your receptionist who set up our appointment.

Luke was amazing! Not just springs, but cables rollers, balancing and panel adjustments. He took a complete disaster , not to mention a safety hazard and turned it into a fully functional garage door again. A true professional. I save lives for a living, this time, Luke was the hero. I was very happy with Precision. Making my appt was super easy and convenient (contacted Precision Friday night and got an appt for next day)My Tech David was amazing, he explained everything and was not a pushy salesman in his recommendations. He installed 2 new springs. He did an excellent job. With all that being said and I understand all of the above comes with a price. However I really feel the prices were totally outrageous and unless in the case of an emergency I probably won’t be using Precision.

Great service from beginning to end. Ryan Patrick Murphy assessed the issues with our old garage doors and openers & gave us a clear picture of our options. We decided to replace the doors, tracks and lift motors. The new doors were available right in the middle of the promised time window & the install was scheduled promptly. Malik Dennard removed the old doors & associated materials. He installed all the new gear and the new doors. Excellent work. Very neat. Tidy when he was done. Everything is working well. In summary, we had an excellent customer experience & we thank both Ryan and Malik for their work.

Chose Precision based on reputation. Completely happy with everything- beginning with the representative I spoke to on the phone yesterday (a Sunday) all the way through the repair done by the expert technician Glen Colaianni today. The drop-down menus did not allow me to list all the repairs and parts needed. Let's just say that Glen saved the day! He took on a challenging situation with ease and confidence. Our technician, Ferdinand, arrived well within the estimated window. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He got the whole job done in just 3 hours. We were offered several options to repair our old broken motor and were able to select a payment plan that fits our needs. While the service and parts can be pricey, at least they can be paid off in instalments.

My overall experience was excellent customer service from the initial call, communication of service appointment with update on arrival, problem analysis and repair/installation. Ryan was my technician. He was professional, knowledgeable of the product and technically precise. From his analysis of the problem it was determined that the opener sprocket sheared off and a new opener would be needed. He offered options available and recommendations. The installation went smoothly (Door opener and rollers) and he also discovered issues from the initial installation of my garage door (J arm, rail bracket) and addressed them. I am very happy with his performance and would recommend Ryan and Precision Garage Door.

Excellent service. 2 years ago Precision replaced my very old garage door opener with a Liftmaster. Unforunately last night the Liftmaster stopped working. I called Precision early this morning, and they came to my rescue by 10 am this morning. The technician determined that the problem was covered by the manufacturer warranty and replaced the Liftmaster at no additional charge. I was very pleased to see that they truly stood by their warranty and got the garage opener back to functioning swiftly and efficently. Extremely professional and highly rated service technicians. Chris Karnacewicz is not only a superbly qualified technician,but has a pleasant and upbeat personality that made us feel confident and comfortable with the repair. Lou and Chris replaced my ancient garage door opener on March 9. I called for service mid-morning and was given an appointment the same day. Chris and lou showed up on time, were very professional and communicative about my options, and the installation process. They left the worksite neat and clean, even linked the new remote for my new garage door opener to the old remote for the second door which is still working. I was most pleased with the service and with the product.
