I was told that my service call would be from 10am to 12 pm. By 2:002 pm no one had come. I felt very dissatisfied with Precisions scheduling! However at 2:30 I received a call from Matthew Dewald who said that he would be arriving at 3:00 and he did arrive promptly. Matthew did an evaluation of the problem and offered me several options. After I chose one, he set to work and within the hour had everything completed. Matt left my garage after conscientiously making sure that he left no mess and that I was completely satisfied. So I would say that Matthew saved the day. He is an exceptionally courteous and capable young man. Your company is fortunate to have such a fine employee!!

Brian did a fine job on the rebuilding of both garage doors. He replaced all rollers, springs and coils. Additionally, he added a new motor to one of the doors. Now they both work absolutely fine and smooth. Recommend your company yo anyone who needs work done on their garage doors.

What a great experience. I was given an apt for next day after calling. She was nice and easy to talk with but mostly concerned about my issue with key pad and to get it fixed. Ryan Patrick Murphy is a gem. He not only fixed my issue but asked if I had other concerns which I did. It was a new garage door put in late Jan 2022. He took his time and was so interested to detail it was amazing. He took pictures, called others with his concern so to get to the bottom of the issues of water leakage in a not so common area on door. Ryan has a keen eye to every nook and cranny on that door with calmness and not rushing. Although he could not fix it he never stopped to try to find a solution if he could while here. Thank You Precision for Ryan and his ability to help ease my mind and being so kind to make sure I understood everything before leaving. I am extremely pleased with his work and genuine nice personality..

This is the second time I have used Precision in the last two years (for business and personal needs) and I cannot say enough good things about this company, the products, and its people and their workmanship. Every step of the way from scheduling a visit to make a proposal, to getting more details on the phone about the proposal, to the text and email messages about the installer and arrival time, to the neat and flawless installation, I have been met with friendly, knowledgeable employees who genuinely cared that I was taken care of. This company cares about the details and that is evident from the look of their trucks, the uniform of their installers, and the fantastic text message just before installation with a picture of the installer and a little bit of background that makes the experience feel more personal. Brian, our installer asked if I wanted to leave the existing opener wires on the ceiling as the he mentioned there would be holes from the staples and maybe some paint pulled off. I gave the ok and he did a careful job, you cannot see that there had been wires there. Pricing is fair and a good value. I highly recommend Precision, you won't be disappointed.

Brian Hallock was prompt, efficient and professional. He left the garage clean and neat when he finished the job. Brian was friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. I was thrilled he was able to come out to my house quickly for my repair (springs/cables), being in the vicinity much sooner than my scheduled time frame. I'm not sure about pricing, seemed a bit high but very happy with Brian's work and the job being completed ahead of schedule! Also forgot to mention, it was great to have a friendly voice answer the phone and schedule my appointment too. A very positive and pleasant service experience (which seem to be in short supply these days!)
