Booked a next day appointment online and received multiple updates regarding my upcoming appointment. I needed a new opener and new remotes. David walked me through all my options without making me feel pressured. He also made some much needed repairs to the cables. He absolutely transformed my garage. Firstly, Precision Door customer service personnel was courteous when I called about my garage door issue. I got an appointment within two days. Secondly, the Service Technician, Sean S. who came out to repair my garage door had good mannerism. Most of all after demonstrating the issue with my garage door, the service technician understood the issue, immediately provided different solutions to fix the garage door. Sean was very knowledgeable about issue, he assessed and also realized that the door needed an adjustment too, he installed the new opener in a timely fashion. Sean is a professional. My garage door opens, closes and now runs much smoother than before. Precision Door is always accommodating when I have any issues with my garage door that was installed by another company many years ago.

Really really really, could NOT have been easier, and Kevin was all you could ask for in a vendor: friendly, smart, efficient, thorough. Entire appointment, including replacement of motor, DONE in less than an hour. BONUS: PDS had serviced our (very) old motor, maybe 6 months ago, and at that time we asked for a quick fix rather than have to shell out for a new motor, even though we all knew our 2004 motor was way overdue for replacement. We really appreciated the honesty AND the effort to do one last tweak so we could get every last pull out of that old system. Now our brand new motor works like a dream!

Guys--all I can say is that your organization is first class in all the way. From the moment I called on a Friday night during a pandemic and got a live person on the phone; then to Matt the salesperson who was clear concise ("I'll be there in 32 minutes") & ultimately responsive when I needed him to be; to Monica who set up the service call; to the GPS tracking device which told me precisely when the installer would arrive and of course to Wilmer the good natured installer, I can't say enough about Precision. I interviewed 4 companies before choosing and it was an easy choice (and a correct one!). Feel free to post this review on your site. Consider me a more than satisfied customer. Outstanding in every way, and dignified and respectful. Estimate provided same-day as first call, with no upsell at all (I kept my old opener). Company has excellent software and I received SMS and email confirmations and reminders. Uses tablets and takes credit cards. Installers were on time and were polite, cheerful and fully professional, working around clutter in my garage. They adjusted and tested my existing opener.

Glenn came out, right on time. He listened to my needs/concerns and quickly and accurately assessed the situation. He gave me a clear overview of the many options I had to address my two aging garage door openers in various states of disrepair. He broke down the costs for each option, and the pros and cons for each and let me make the decision that was right for my budget - without pressuring me to buy more products or service than I was comfortable with. He completed the service in less than an hour - on the same day. I couldn't be more happily satisfied with my experience with Precision. 5 stars.

The technician who came out was such a lovely young man. He really worked with me to do the best job possible while not breaking the bank. One word describes the service I received. FANTASTIC! Rob was on time, efficient, professional and thorough. He was patient with me, as I had to address an urgent telephone call and he kindly waited to be sure I fully understood the operation of the new garage door installment. My only complaint, if I am to have one, is that Precision and Rob don't work in other business industries. If only they could conduct and provide services for everything, painting, locksmith work and electrical matters I would hire them without hesitation and question. They operate the way we wish ALL companies should. Stellar service and highly recommended. Rating 5 Star PLUS!!!!
