Our garage door broke and we called for service on a Sunday and could not believe how quickly a repairman showed up. The entire time we were provided text updates as to when they would arrive. Upon arrival and inspection the repairman took his time to explain in full detail what we needed for repairs and listed them in order of concern and let us decide what to address at that moment. He was kind, friendly and his workmanship was beyond excellent. I will never hesitate to recommend this company in the future to anyone that would need repairs.

Met with Tammy Dehaan on 2/9/21 to discuss possibly ordering two new garage doors. This was my fourth estimate. Tammy was knowledgeable, helpful and professional and I knew that day I wanted to work with her & Precision. That said, Percision came in a bit more expensive than other companies but I've learned through experience, you get what you pay for and knowing Tammy will be my point person along the way gives me a sense of comfort and security that at the end of the process, I will be satisfied.

Precision Door Service does a great job as a company. They e-mail and sent a text telling me when the technician would arrive. Roberto was super. He called before coming and was prompt in his arrival. He inspected the old door and gave me a good overview of what needed to be replaced and the costs. He went over the coupons I had and worked out the best deal for me. I would strongly recommend them.

This is our second new door opener upgrade for our second garage door as the previous one after 20+ year started to go bad. I called early Monday morning and asked to have my garage door serviced. CS person was friendly, and courteous. I was able to get an appointment the same day, between 12:00 and 4:00pm. I was told the technician's name, Kevin S., and he arrived at approx. 12:45pm. He examined the door and gave me his recommendations. I agreed to have what is called a "rebuild package". That includes the replacement of rollers, operating cables, safety cables, pulleys, and springs. The package price was reasonable, and the 10 year warranty was a big part in my decision making. And, I also received a senior discount! Kevin S. did a great job and I'm very happy with the results. Thank you Precision Door Service.
