My several hundred pound garage door had not only come off the track, but much of the hardware had been bent , marred and otherwise damaged. Brian, the tech that serviced my door was super personable, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He gave me several pricing options, explained why I might choose each one and then respected and carried out the choice I made. Brian worked quickly and had my door back in shape within an hour or so.

Fantastic! Can’t say enough good things about Chris and how the scheduling and logistics were managed by the company. Chris was meticulous, thorough and thoughtful in his explanation of what we needed and what our options were. For the first time ever (after 35 years) our garage door opens smoothly and quietly. Bravo, Chris. The company was equally impressive. We got an appt immediately, they called when they were en route, and sent us a tracking link so we could see the ETA. Needed to replace my Extension Springs plus check the cable, pulleys and door rollers. Louis arrived in the time period promised, evaluated the existing door opener motor and all cables, pulleys and rollers. Gave me his recommendation with an estimated price and we discussed other options. Everything was done less than an hour later. The garage door works like new. The only negative was the original estimate given on the phone did not include other parts that were needed and were more expensive than I expected.

Moved into townhouse. Less than a week later, garage door just stopped working. Called on a Friday afternoon to report problem. Technician came Monday morning. Very professional - apprised me via email and phone of timing of the service call and a photo of the technician in advance. Provided two estimates and work was complete within an hour. Excellent service. Very satisfied!

Jackson was very efficient and came early, which was helpful. I did asked him why only one spring was replaced and he said that it was in balance. My concern is that when the other spring which is several years old breaks, it will be another service charge. Both springs should have been replaced!

I found out about Precision by way of an internet search. They had good reviews, so I gave them a call. Very pleased that I did. The technician was professional and courteous.
