Service and timeliness of it were exceptional. Price was not. New Springs and Cables were $800.00 pre-tax. No matter how good the service was, this price feels egregious and abusive for metal items whose cost to manufacturer is but a mere fraction of that amount.

It was a pleasure dealing with a company that actually follows through with what they tell you. Precision had a service tech here within 24 hours of my initial call. I received a email confirmation detailing the work to be done and it was done to my satisfaction. Brian explained in detail prior to starting what he would do and also suggested additional items without being pushy. It was a pleasure dealing with Precision and Brian.
