I found that the Precision website gave me exactly what I was looking for. I live in Hunterdon County and I have used local overhead door companies in the past in an effort to support the community. I found that their work did not meet my expectations. When I found Precision via the Internet, I was impressed by the professionalism, i.e. focus on expertise, customer needs and support...not to mention a serious regard for covid. The technicians that were sent to repair my garage doors and openers were Ryan and his assistant Alan. Initially, they inspected the existing three doors with me and Ryan explained all of the working parts to me and potential safety issues. Although I am a scientist by training, garage doors are not my expertise...Ryan answered all of my questions and never rushed the process. Once he provided his recommendations, we fully discussed options and next steps. Ryan and Alan then used a careful and deliberate approach to rebuild all three doors and replace two openers. Ryan also showed me the difference between the existing outdated products and the new higher quality products used by Precision...very impressive. Being a technical person, I realize that good products are only as good as the people using them. Ryan and Alan are clearly highly trained in all aspects of repair and installation, and did an outstanding job. Their dedication, technical expertise and customer focus are obvious. Both Ryan and Alan (as well as my appointment coordinator Kelly) met and exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier with the final product and I highly recommend Precision for all garage door needs.
