We called Precision to replace our garage door springs and received a same day appointment. Christian Gutierrez, the representative who came to our home, conducted an inspection, spoke with us about different work options, and completed the work in a timely and expertly manner. Christian arrived on time and carried himself professionally at all times; he is a wonderful representative for Precision. I cannot say enough good things about the service provided by Precision. Easy to get an appointment scheduled, great communication by service tech. Took a look at all of the hardware, and confirmed everything was fine without trying to sell me something unneeded, and then quickly fixed the keypad that had stopped working after over 12 years of service. Same high level of service any time i have needed to call them. Highly recommended.

Very organized, efficient company beginning with the estimate visit, the follow up remeasurement visit and the installation by Dan and Wilmer. On the days of the visits, I could trace The location of the truck and arrival time. Very unusual. All personnel, including the office staff, were polite and pleasant to deal with. Precision lived up to their great online reviews. From the time I called to schedule and appointment until the time our technician Matt completed work, it was a great experience. A+++ customer service. I had a service appointment between 10am-2pm, and my technician Matt called and said he could arrive even earlier if I chose. He was able to ascertain the problem with my garage door opener, and had it fixed in a timely manner. I would definitley recommend Precision moving forward.

This company is a model of customer service. I got an appointment very quickly. They sent a photo and description of the technician. He called to say he was on his way. ( when they said he would come). I got a link so I could track him on his way. Kevin and Tommy came and they could not have been more professional and courteous. They got right to business, did the inspection and gave me 3 options on the repair. Once I selected an option they went to work and finished the job in the time they said it would take. These guys and the company are just terrific. If only they could teach the cable company lol

I had to have the backup battery replaced in my garage door opener. The service was great from the first time I called to make an appointment to when the service technician came to fix my problem.
