Xavi Ramirez showed up on time as promised. He proceeded to tell us what our options were in clear, precise terms, giving us 2 options for a new garage door opener. He changed the old non-functioning garage door opener (GDO) with a new unit. He also installed an outside keypad, new cast iron pulleys that are much quieter, and a new on/off button just inside the garage door so we could close the unit on our way out. He did a wonderful job. Everything works quietly and smoothly. He explained all of the functionalities of the new unit, including camera, light timing, etc. He helped my wife set up the app on her phone so she could activate the door remotely and see the camera working. He cleaned up and left no garbage behind. He was polite and very knowledgeable about the Precision product line and how the new GDO would work. I would readily recommend your company for GDO replacement / service.

I had used Precision to install my garage door some years ago, and they were professional, timely, etc. Today's Technician, Tommy Sackmann, was great--he arrived early, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and completed the necessary service quickly (he even lubricated the other garage door, which was original to the house, without me even asking). Excellent service!

I called Percision overhead garage door and spoke with Sara who was very pleasant to deal with and within a half hour I had Louis Rowek calling me to let me know that he will be heading to my house. He was very respectful and professional in explaining what needed to be done. Louis did a great job on installing the new garage opener. I really love Precision - not only is their digital presence really good, making the search and appointment process so easy, the appointment notification process was very accurate complete with a full profile of the exact service guy that came. Then Robert, my service guy, called 30 min prior to the early part of the 4 hr window and came right on time. He was very courteous thorough. After showing me what was wrong with my old system, I felt confident enough to have him install a whole new system - which he did flawlessly. Excellent experience!! Scheduling was extremely easy, Chris arrived on time and was very professional about explaining the options available. Richard K. was simply awesome, the extent that he even shoveled some snow away from the garage door so that I could get my car out without having to do that. Job done was excellent. All old parts removed, floor swept up and done in a timely and very professional manner. Cannot recommend highly enough.
