What great service! I called Saturday morning thinking I would leave a message and make an appointment for service the following and to my surprise someone answered the phone AND gave me an appointment for the next day - SUNDAY. They said they would call when the driver was 30 minutes away - they did! the driver called as well. Tino was excellent. Fixed all our problems, made recommendations for repairs and replacements in the future - never gave us a hard sell or tried to talk us into anything that we did not need. You have a customer for life. Thank you.

I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to let them know one of the pulley's was getting caught on an angle bracket when the door closed. I spoke with Kim, the Customer Service Manager, and she immediately apologized for the situation and scheduled a technician to come out to my house the next day. With my new doors being less than 1-year old, they repaired it free-of-charge, and Kim told me my satisfaction is what was most important. Kyle Sisco showed up on time and was wearing a face mask during these COVID-19 times. Kyle immediately recognized what was wrong on the one pulley and made a change to all the pulleys on both doors to ensure it never happens again. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone looking for new doors or service.

Brian H. provided great service. I had a window from 12-4pm. He called me around 12:30 to let me know he would be here around 3 in case I needed to run an errand. He was very honest about needing a new garage door opener, with the correct horsepower. The new opener was installed within in an hour. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Service and skill level was great!

They were able to do service quickly and well. My only disappointment was how costly the fix was. I didn't think I would have had to spend that much money on a repair. If I had put more thought into it I would have gotten another estimate.

This is the second time using Precision and we are very happy . I give them 5 Stars!! Didn't arrive on time but came EARLY! the tech was knowledgeable, helpful and made good recommendations. He completed all work with no mess or fuss and all 4 doors now work better than before. I'd use them again anytime!
