I had a new door installed. There was a small dent in the new door that the technician informed me about before he left. The dented panel was replaced in short order. All employees that I had contact with were very able and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Lou was very good at his job he showed up on time called me at work to explain all of the options was very good unfortunately options 1 and 2 were out of my price range so we settled for option 3 the door is working fine Lou did a great job but yoy guys are a little high priced for us

Called Precision over the weekend and by Monday, their technician Brian called and arrived same day. He evaluated situation, proposed a few options and made a recommendation that I agreed with. He was polite and gracious and within an hour I had a brand new garage door opener and couldn’t be more pleased with results.
