From start to finish, I couldn't have been more pleased with Precision. On time for the estimate appointment, didn't freak out over my old, crooked for years garage, took away the heavy double wooden door that weighed a bazillion pounds and all of the project debris. I needed the works...motor, new tracks, interior work to make plumb, and the new double door with windows. It looks terrific, and is so quiet, I had to peek around the corner of the garage to confirm it was moving. I'm happy, my car is happy to be out of the elements, and though a garage door may not be an exciting purchase, it was my best Christmas present from me to me! Chris, the technician was excellent and understood why I preferred to not connect the keypad because I'm always carrying things and wanted the simplicity of just pushing the old button to open and close the door. I have it in case the next owners of this house want it installed, whenever that may be. This company knows what it's doing and does it extremely well! Highly recommend.

My service guy was mark Sherman. He came out today for a door that was jamming . He was straight forward with me that the door was old and the cost of parts was 3/4. Of the price of a new door. I explained that I really needed the door fixed ASAP and the earliest they had. Was end of the month. Mark assured me they had a door in stock and had time this afternoon to install one . I highly recommend mark And precision

My technician was Senaid Kapic. He asked me the reason for the service call and he "actually listened" to what I had to tell him. He looked at the problem (older internal spring system was broken) and told me my options along with the price. I agreed that a new spring/cable system was necessary and had only one question for him: "did he have the items with him in order to fix my problem 'now?'" He said he did and he went right to work on a complete replacement of the springs and cables. The job was done in just over an hour and my garage door runs perfectly. Senaid Kapic is a very good technician and represented Precision Garage Door to the highest level. Thanks Senaid and Precision Garage Door!!!

I called in the morning and got an afternoon appointment and thought that was fast. A few minutes later I got a call from Dave and he said he could come over now since he was close by. He was there in 10 minutes and fixed my garage door in 20 minutes. Dave was very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. Nice guy too! I highly recommend Precision Door!
