We called on Friday to make an appointment and were able to get a technician to come on Sunday. Conner was fantastic! He was friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. At first, he was stumped by what was happening, but he figured out the issue quickly. He said it was a problem he hadn't encountered before, so BOTH of us learned something! Very pleased with both Conner and Precision. While we hope we won't have any problems with our garage door again anytime soon, we will definitely call Precision if we do.

Given that things ultimately were not working as smoothly as they did before, they made 2 other visits in subsequent days to attempt to resolve the issue further. Ultimately, things did get fixed and are working better than they are before. Would highly recommend!

I am blown away by the level of service I received from Reece. My garage door came off the track and was causing all kinds of issues. I called Precision at 8 pm Sunday night and had an appointment next day between 10 and 12. Reece fixed the track and then fixed the initial noise I had since moving into my home. The door has never been so quiet. And he showed me how to perform maintenance and what to watch for in terms of possibly fixing a few other things. I found out about Precision online in a Facebook group, and I’m so glad I did. I will recommend you to anyone and call you when I need service in the future.
