Justin came out and evaluated the door system, told me what would work with my alarm system and then showed me the different openers. Josh Compton called and said they were in the area and were just finishing a job ahead of schedule. Josh asked if he could come on out. Arrived one hour earlier than scheduled appointment time which was perfect for me. Josh looked at my broken retention spring and gave me a low end estimate or overhaul everything estimate. He explained the difference between the repairs. I thought it over and went with the overhaul. Josh Compton and his helper (I didn't remember his name) were extremely professional and I am pleased with their work. 5 year warranty on work also. Precision installed 2 garage doors with openers in 2012 and I am very pleased with this company.

I’m very favorably impressed with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I called for service at 11 am on a Friday, and the most helpful lady on the phone had Derek at my door at 2 pm! I was amazed! Due to a broken spring, our double garage door was stuck in the down position trapping our car. At the suggestion of our daughter (an existing, very satisfied Precision customer) we contacted Precision about 5:15 pm and our technician (James) arrived about 6:50. He was most knowledge and did a solid job of upgrading our door and installing new springs. It had to be a sturdy upgrade as the door operation is SO much quieter! Thanks for the great service.

My old overhead spring broke and I could not open the door. Michael Hall was competent, and quickly installed a new spring. He wisely recommended I install a 9' strut and new operator bracket on both doors to eliminate the current strain and minor cracking on both door upper panels. He also changed one hinge that was starting to crack on the lower half. I am very pleased with Precision door service. I previously used them for a spring problem on my other door two years ago.

We saw the advertisements on television and thought Precision would be best for our brand (Linear). Derek came out to service our doors, and we were highly satisfied. He analyzed both doors for us, made numerous adjustments, and lubed them. He also, offered us a change of rollers, which we accepted. When he was finished, our doors worked better than ever. Derek truly exceeded our expectations of customer service. He professionally serviced the doors with a pleasant and friendly attitude. First time customer. Come home after work on a Friday evening only to find out my spring broke and garage door would not open. Justin was very professional, inspected every part of the garage door components, explained the pricing and warranty, and fully replaced new parts needed. I had a new gasket installed at the bottom of the door. The work was done quickly, neatly, and effectively. The service man was friendly and courteous, and even lubricated the moving parts of the door and checked the operation of the motor that they replaced a couple of years ago.
